Rules — Dare & Commit

THE RULES

Short version:
Put money on your dare.
Do it: get it back.
Don't: we keep it.

You write one dare and one deadline up to 100 days: midnight on the date you pick, your time.

You name a witness. We email them about your dare. If you name yourself, we are your witness.

Your money: 10 to 100, in euros, Canadian dollars or US dollars. Want to put more? Email us.

On top of your commitment, you pay a $1 or €1 fee. A small price for finally doing it. The fee is not refunded.

You pay for your dare and the fee when you send the form. Your bank statement shows DARE & COMMIT.

Do your dare by your deadline. Then tell us, right from our emails:

Done before your deadline? Click I DID IT in "It's written down now" or in the reminder.

After your deadline? Click YES, I DID IT in "Did you do it?" within 24 hours.

The button opens an email to us. Press send. Or just reply to our email.

We send your money back, in the currency you paid. Your bank shows it in 5 to 10 business days.

You reply NO.

You don't reply within 24 hours of our "Did you do it?" email.

Your witness sends us proof you didn't do it.

Right away: "It's written down now." Your witness gets an email too.

On the morning of your deadline: a reminder.

After your deadline: "Did you do it?"

Add hello@dareandcommit.com to your contacts. "It was in my spam" is not an excuse. Nice try.

When you tick "Deal." on the form, you agree to these rules.

We have a 0 excuse policy.
